Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, at LooptyHoops' discretion.
    For all domestic U.S. orders only:
    • Standard Shipping within the domestic US (3-10 business days) is free.
    • Priority Shipping is currently unavailable.
    In addition to free shipping to the United States, we also currently only ship to Canada ($15) the United Kingdom ($19), Australia ($19), and New Zealand ($19).

    Return Policy

    If you aren’t happy with your choice of hoop earrings when your package arrives, you can send it back to us within 30 days of your receipt for a full refund. Please add a message in your return that includes your name and order number in order to ensure a correct refund.  Please send them back in the same perfect condition in which they arrived and we will refund your money (credit your credit card) as soon as we receive them. If they arrived to you in less than perfect condition, please call or e-mail us right away and let us know that you will be sending them back to us for a full refund.

    Please package them carefully against potential damage and send to us via UPS, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service with a tracking number. Please ship the items back in a secure box; do not place them in an envelope, padded or otherwise. Return to the following address:

    Please note: If your return is worth more than $100, please insure it against loss with the carrier.

    If you lose or damage just one of your earrings, many times it is possible for you to order just one to replace it. Email us at for requests for single hoops!

    We are proud to offer support for whatever our customers may need.  However, if a chargeback is filed with a credit card company for any reason that is not the fault of LooptyHoops, we reserve the right to refuse future business with the customer.
