Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at LooptyHoops' discretion.
    For all orders:
    • Standard Shipping within the US (3-10 business days) is free.
    • Express Shipping (1-4 business days) is a flat rate of $25 for your complete order.
    Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about our shipping policies.
    Also, please be advised that we only currently ship orders to customers in the United States of America and Canada.
    Return Policy

    If you aren’t happy with your choice of hoop earrings when your package arrives, you can send it back to us within 30 days of your receipt for a full refund. Please send them back in the same perfect condition in which they arrived and we will refund your money (credit your credit card) as soon as we receive them. If they arrived to you in less than perfect condition, please call or e-mail us right away and let us know that you will be sending them back to us for a full refund.

    Please package them carefully against potential damage and send to us via UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service with a tracking number. The address for returns is:

    Please note: If your return is worth more than $100, please insure it against loss with the carrier.
