Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, at LooptyHoops' discretion.
    For all domestic U.S. orders only:
    • Standard Shipping within the domestic US (3-10 business days) is free.
    • Priority Shipping (2-4 business days) is a flat rate of $10 for your entire order.
    • Express Shipping (1-3 business days) is a flat rate of $28 for your entire order.
    Also, please be advised that we only currently ship orders to customers in the United States of America, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, and the Czech Republic. Standard shipping to Canada and the U.K. is a flat $15, while Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, and the Czech Republic are a flat $16.

    Return Policy

    If you aren’t happy with your choice of hoop earrings when your package arrives, you can send it back to us within 30 days of your receipt for a full refund. Please send them back in the same perfect condition in which they arrived and we will refund your money (credit your credit card) as soon as we receive them. If they arrived to you in less than perfect condition, please call or e-mail us right away and let us know that you will be sending them back to us for a full refund.

    Please package them carefully against potential damage and send to us via UPS, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service with a tracking number. Return to the following address:

    Please note: If your return is worth more than $100, please insure it against loss with the carrier.

    If you lose or damage just one of your earrings, many times it is possible for you to order just one to replace it. Contact us to get more information.
